Have a look at this please suspect aimbot with scout and deagle, wallhack too in demo3.

They won't unban the account but according to their terms of service if a year has passed since your ban you can get a new steam account and play again (I think).

Ahh ok, not something I'd come across before. Yes exactly that someone we thought was cheating but the last person who could vote tried and wasn't able too.

I know your all very busy and the in game report doesn't always get acted on.

Not sure if the minimum level/xp requirement to voteban is a new thing but it seems counter intuitive.

The number of people required to voteban based on players in the server takes into account the people that can't voteban due to a low level.

This means the function can't be used effectively ...

No problem, I think it's trigger bot rather than aimbot on a button. He has actually admitted it if you review chat logs. We call him hacker and he replies "not hacker, cheater"
