I changed mmy name to Vercetti and was playing just fine til today, i cant chat anymore i had 22 star at level something is weird can you help me?

I am banned on IP most probably, I tried to connect via mobile net and worked so this could be an issue

Still unable, I even uninstalled it and reinstalled the game. I was able to play 1 day after ban then the server was missing from the list.
