"Mute Player" not working

in "cs_office" map, player named R'Roll and 2 others keep spamming radio, other player Ectoplasma told me to how to mute them. I've muted them but restarted steam and game but still nothing..

thanks for reply, btw could you do something about player named R'Roll on cs_office classic please? i just pleased to stop radio spamming and he started to annoy then insult me

and please extend the friend/ignore list quota please 25 isn't enough

did you use the ingame mute function?

Because you have to use the @ignore feature for that, the ingame mute function does not work correctly unfortunately.

Thanks. I checked that now and the player you mentioned is not part of your ignore list. So, are you sure that you added the player to your ignore list using the @ignore chat command?
