Insulting players by "Sereban"

Greetings.
The player Sereban insults players. (c2play id: [BBA:8995]. Steam id: STEAM_0:0:6305221)
This was on the only office and random maps 2 servers, 10.08.2023 (and on only dust server, 09.08.2023, but I didn't to record it).

It's not the first time I hear insults from him, it was also in April-May (unfortunately I didn't record a demo then) and recently in June (viewtopic.php?p=5165181&hilit=Sereban#p5165181) where he got a ban. But he doesn't seem to care and continues to insult everyone in voice chat
