hello guys :) wgat are those gifts on servers ? what can I do with them ? :DD thanks for response :)

Hello

These gift boxes are not from us.
We assume it is a bug in Steam.
The only thing you can do with the boxes is unlock an achievement in the game.

It is not yet clear when they will be removed.
