Dear Admins,

A player called Tass (CT, above the last player), attached the screenshot is using AH's photo.Is that allowed?

It absolutely is not. Thank you for documenting this. Please do as a favour and provide always c2play/Steam-IDs with a report (f.e. via the "@report"-function in chat).
