I think this is same guy with different account. He was banned by admin Harris couple of days. Look at link see the ban. Also sasme type foul language on players.

This is his other account. i suspect he has several accounts. 1st is permanently banned 2ns is on strike 2 so next ban on that account is going to be permanently ban too. 3rd one you are experiencing should be ban cause he violated TOS of C2 PLAY many times. its usually the same person doing it on multiple accounts. Just know admins are looking into it. I trust them and believe in them. So far they have done a great job making server clean.
