Can you tell me why I was banned from permament? After all, I didn’t use software, aim, wh....Yes, and like no one complained about me did not write that I play with cheats .....

You got banned permanently for using an avatar showing a member of "Ku Kux Klan" (with emblem and other matter) in combination with using the name "KKK" while playing at our servers,
please see viewtopic.php?f=7&t=30971.
The use of pictures, names, avatars etc. exhibiting race baiting content results into a permanent ban, according to our terms of service.
In such cases, a repeal of a ban is not possible.
If you want to play at our servers again, you have to use a new account.
