i help you a little to understand:
on your stream you get banned on a french server not on c2play. on c2play you were already banned.
you got banned here one year ago, on 19.04.2018 for wallhack.

the demo is funny... nothing more to say.
admins, its your decision.

Ein Widerspruch kann innerhalb von 90 Tagen nach der Maßnahme eingelegt werden (§ 2 Abs. 1 ToS), wofür es ein Jahr nach der Maßnahme zu spät ist. Der Ausschluss ist auch nicht offensichtlich unbegründet, sodass der Widerspruch als unzulässig zu verwerfen war. Wenn Du wieder spielen möchtest, benötigst Du einen neuen Steam-Account.

You may appeal within 90 days after the message has been taken (§ 2 (1) ToS). While it is too late for that and the account suspension was not manifestly unfounded, the appeal was rejected as inadmissible. If you want to play again, you need a new Steam Account.
