Complaint against †Ρoϊ$on DàggΞ® №

The player †Ρoϊ$on DàggΞ® № was saying many german words to me, I ask him to speak in english so I can understand.
He keep talk in german on purpose, so I don't understand but his friends laugh about what he say.
Now I was curious and did the effort to translate it and surprisingly it was very very bad towards me and my family, that is why I don't want to ignore this.
He is the same player who warns other players always, that they dont insult or do something wrong on the server, pretending to be admin.
I find that very strange, how can he act like an admin but then he say such bad things?
The most disturbing was: "wie wäre es wenn du deine finger ableckst und in die steckdose steckst"
= How about you lick your finger and stick it in the plug socket?
This is like telling somebody to kill yourself?
Why he say this especially on christmas? I have no tolerance to listen to this. This is not only insult, its not funny and no joke, telling someone to die.
