disturbing and harassing for no reason

Hello,

There are a few players that disturbing and harassing me for no reason and voted to ban me a few times without any reason. They coordinate it together.
I have been playing on the server for a few years and lately, a player named Graukelbart has been conspiring against me to ruin my game.

How can this issue be handled and what can be done?

Graukel and his friends voted to ban me again without any reason after a few minutes that I played and just joined the server. He says in German to the other players to ban me and tells everyone that I'm cheating.
