I just wanted to play on your servers and it tells me I’m banned. But I don’t remember when I last played and why I’m even banned.

You did not provide us with your c2Play-ID, so we unfortunately don't know why or if you are at all banned. Don't you receive any ban message when you try to connect to the server?
