We got your admincalls and worked on proving your assumptions. And still: there is no proof of any used cheats.

What you might describe as "speedhack" are the circumstances, that the player bought premium and moves 10% faster than everyone else who didn't. You can find more features about the premium-status right here: https://www.c2play.de/premium

Speedhacks are very uncommon these days. While they've been not impossible in the past, I am not sure if an engine update has broken these type of hacks. Common are aimbots (including spinbots) and wallhacks.
