Hi please what are plugins that used for de_dust2 only deathmatch server?

Like the mods

Aside from the SourceMod framework we don't use plugins or mods, the software is self-made

No the deathmatch server cannot be done without plugins also the super grenade plugin

This is both part of our software, we don't use third party plugins for that

The software does not have a real name. Unfortunately making such a software is not an easy task. It took many years and was only possible due to the long-term support of our premium members, as all of this needs to be paid.
