According to our TOS we only can react on personal complaints filed by the affected player:

15.1 A player who is directly affected by a violation of Articles 5.1.1 (Insults), 6.1.1 (Discriminatory Remarks), 6.1.2 (Threats or Serious Insults) by another player may file a complaint against that player.

Hi Harris,

I think Ice Ice Penguin and I are the victims here. The phrase "Snowmans Bitches" was referring to the SecOps clan members in the game after Pium Pium shot us and won the round.

This wasn't referring directly to Snowman who wasn't in the game.
