Racial Remarks

hellö.
so a week ago i report a guy whose been non-stop racial.
so he got banned.
today he was in the server unbanned.
and the minute i joined the server he s back with his racial remarks.

this is the log. he calls an entire country gay including me. anyway. i told him that ill be reporting him again. and he said something like "the admin is my friend, you cant ban me"
can you please ban this guy again? and with no return this time i hope.
for a peaceful server.
