Like I also said on the server today:
We can't ban cheaters without an in-game demo - any mp4-file could be manipulated, so we can't use them.
Type "record XYZ" (XYZ stands for the name of the file you want to create) in console and "stop", when you're done:

Only with this we'd be able to ban this obvious cheater
