Complaints about insults by player

Dear Admins,
I usually do not taking in consideration such attitudes because of the game, but this guy, I have attached screenshots for 2 days now is provoking and indulting me by texting on the game.
I am quite old (54) to accept continiously that guy's insults.
Do you think that action has to be taken?
