Is there any proof that it was related to you? Or just in general? Wouldn't seen that as a too serious offense...
(If you visit
https://www.c2play.de/chatlog you can mark the messages directly and we get all the IDs of the player with it, too. For personal complaints you always have to provide the IDs anyways, please.)

It has to be personal when he is insulting mothers????? Because if it is for everyone thats even worse.
Unless the translation means something else.

Would've made a difference for an individual complaint according to article 15 ToS, indeed (this one requires a personal affection by an insult).
The account was using other discriminatory language as well and now got banned according to article 6.1.1 ToS.
