I woke up banned

Hello. I dont understand german at all and I really didnt know where to post this so ...I apologize if its in the wrong place.
Anyway, I play on your beta server ( Italy) since quite a while, I even bought a premium upgrade for 3 months. Only, this morning I woke up banned. I am absolutely clueless as to why.
Needless to say, I never cheated in my life. Im 28 years old and I been playing this game since...forever really

If someone could help me out please? Much appreciated

Do you have ANY idea how many people he insults on daily basis ?
Ehh...well played gentlemen. I understand that I have to be served a lesson.

However, a 3 days ban is somewhat exagerated, isn't it? I don't know, it seems a bit harsh to me. Is not like Im some emo kid that doesnt understand a warning.
I was just thinking that maybe there is a chance you'll let me get away with a warning this time? If I fail again then you could add the 3 days on top of my punishment ( whatever that will be?)
Just a thought of course. It took me a long and hard work to become #1 and in 3 days, all my work will go to waste...
If you could let me off with a warning this time, it will be really great guys. I'd appreciated a lot.
