More important are some other things: The server you played on - and the time.
Two things to solve other problems:
1.: You can give us a call with all the recommended data by just typing "!report" in the chat. We got the IDs, timestamps and server quickly.
2.: If you got problems to record a demo, there's also a easy solution. You can download our game-menu here: viewtopic.php?p=4640967&hilit=Spielmenü#p4640967
There's a button right in the menu to record someone - as easy as possible.
Unfortunately we can't take further action due the miss of required data. Just give us a call if you see him again

The other day I reported a cheater. You basically said that you had checked my status and you said because it was low I had no credibility and was ignored.
QUESTION 1: Does having a low status mean that I have no ability to detect a cheat/hack - even if I have 17 years of being in game almost daily? Everyone knows that CSS is one of the most cheated/hacked games in online gaming. I'm 71 years old, fit and look younger than my age. My reaction time may be slower than others, but that does not discount me from seeing what is going on.
QUESTION 2: Being humiliated by you in game, why did you confess to the other players that you hack too? What was that about? Do you, an Admin, condone cheating or just 'wink'; at it? Or is that your 'Jams Bond" tactic that draw away suspicion from you being noticed?
I imagine that this post will be memory holed - at worse, I'll be banned. Oh well.

Even if I'm not compelled to answer on unobjective and wrong accusations, I want to clarify some things here:
1. I never "checked your status" or said it would be low or got "no credibility". What I said after your complaining that I wouldn't "be able to detect cheats"(!) was this:

3. Nobody was in any way "humiliating" you, even after you said "fuck you" to me via voicechat. Neither did I "confessed" I would cheat nor would I ever condone cheaters. This is also proven by many bans of cheaters right here: viewforum.php?f=91 . Right before you texted this I banned f.e. two cheaters: viewtopic.php?t=6648578 ; viewtopic.php?t=6648577
Your accusations are completely(!) wrong and you seem to not understand that our servers are not available to enable any dictatorship of people that don't follow rules (https://www.c2play.de/ToS). Even if obviously(!) none of the players reported by you were ever cheating, one of it is "in dubio pro reo" - a fact that seems to drive you mad.
For sure I was not being very nice after your insults - because you went on disturbing my game as much as possible, even while being in spectator-mode. If you misunderstood anything here, I want to apologize.
