Downloading gets stuck

im unable to get to map .. have a new PC and the maps are not getting downloaded. it gets stuck once it reaches
Downloading sound/C2play/game/announcer/classic/dou..
Please help.. reinstalled CS and reset settings .. enabled downloading files during game play.. \
