I'm getting bullied and harassed for being a Premium user.

Good evening, people and admins who might read this. I have played on these servers a lot over the years, and it's mostly fun, and sometimes I want to show my appreciation to the community and the ones who own and make these servers while also adding the extra fun perks that come along with being a premium member, and I get that people might get annoyed at premium members because they obviously get a pretty big boost with all the extra things such as extra health, money, and so on.

However, I don't find it funny to be bullied and harassed over something that is not my fault or anyone's fault, really, nor is it against the rules of the server. I pay real money just like everyone who chooses to purchase Premium, but that doesn't give others the right to bully, harass, and be overall horrible people towards me. I play on these servers to have fun and get away from the reality a bit, not to get a bunch of drama and horrible comments thrown at me. In a game I just played two known and long-time players that I used to have respect for until very recently began to harass me, and their names are Tronix [AUT] and [MaNiAc] Xico, and this happened on the Deathmatch Classic #1 with the cs_office map, and I get that they have played on these servers for a pretty long time, way longer than me, but does that give them the right to bully and be horrible to other people to the point that they even wish to ban me from the server just for having premium? If so, then I will not return to these servers if this toxic behavior is permitted, and I will then naturally never purchase Premium again. What I want from this is not for them to get banned or anything like that, but a simple, sincere apology would be enough and for them to stop bothering me. I'm not a petty person; it's like I said, I get that people might get upset and annoyed at premium players, but behaving like this should never be okay towards anyone. Especially over a simple game.

I'm very sorry for that and can understand that this is really annoying, especially since you are one of the persons supporting this server.

For us admins it is a bit difficult, we are on the fence: On the one hand we need to protect or premium players, on the other hand we must not impose sanctions too early to players because they have the right to freedom of speech.

In your particular case there are no insults. However, these expressions ("clown") are considered as rude behaviour:

Inappropriate behavior: Rude behavior toward other players, particularly insults and provocations.

Since an insult will always lead to a ban and could even lead to a permanent ban, I decided to suspend the account of Tronix as an early, non-invasive measure. He is warned and can lift his suspension if he accept that these expressions against you are not okay.

Yeah, it's pretty sad. Without the premium players, the servers probably wouldn't be here.
Sometimes I have been a premium player too, but I stopped because of the hate it comes with.
